Mr. Clarke has been teaching in the Nuview Union School District since 1997.  During that time he has taught all grade levels from pre-school thru college. Mr. Clarke graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a multiple subject teaching credential. He went on to earn his CLAD certificate at the University of San Diego. Mr. Clarke also holds a master’s degree in elementary reading and literacy.

 

Mr. Clarke has taught at 3 of the 4 school sites in the Nuview Union School District.

 

Mr. Clarke has been teaching at Nuview Bridge Early College High School since 2009.  He wrote and teaches Scholar 9 which is a University of California approved "G" college preparatory elective course for freshmen. 

 

In 2011, he was chosen as Teacher of the Year for Nuview Bridge Early College High School.

 

Mr. Clarke is currently the President and Lead Negotiator for the Nuview District Teachers' Association (N.D.T.A). He has also served as grievance chair, site rep, teacher recognition chair, editor of the newsletter, and secretary for N.D.T.A.
